Abstract

The monograph presents the results of scientific research carried out by the staff of the ISPI FCTIS RAS and IDI FCSTS RAS within the framework of the state assignments of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The most important political event for the country was the nationwide voting on the issue of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The main global event of 2020, which determined the socio-political and demographic situation, was the COVID-19 pandemic. The consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic in Russia and the world have to overcome against the background of a recession in the world economy, closure of borders, restrictions on movement, tensions in inter-family relations. The monograph reflects the key tendencies of the socio-political and graphic situation in Russia, identified on the basis of scientific research by ISPI FCTs RAS and IDI FCTs RAS. - demographic processes, politicians, organizers and activists of electoral campaigns, management personnel.
