We must not forget that over the past twenty years alone, about 3 million people have died as a result of natural disasters, every third of them is a child. During emergency situations, children are especially susceptible to injuries, diseases, the danger of losing relatives and being left alone, helpless in a large mass of people and therefore need special attention and care. Taking care of their protection is a matter not only for parents, but also for all administrative, economic and social structures of the state.
