Abstract

International labor migration has long become a part of Russian everyday life and significantly affects the structure and formation of the labor market. Migration differentiates the labor market, contributes to the emergence of ethnic industry specializations. Migrants participate in the Russian economy not only as employees, but also as entrepreneurs, more often in the form of individual entrepreneurship.
