Abstract

The sphere of employment and social and labor relations is rapidly moving to network structures of organization and management, often finding itself outside of traditional social structures. At the same time, on the one hand, the opportunities and mobility of a working person increase significantly, and on the other, there are risks of turning him into a precariat. The most important problem is how the relations between the subjects of social and labor relations will be built in the system of tripartism under the conditions of networkization.
