The purpose of the study is to show the achievements and difficulties in implementing the digital agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union based on parallel analysis of political and legal sources, international and national statistics, various indices, and relevant literature, and to identify possible causes of problems. The analysis showed that, despite the active promotion of digital transformation at the national level by all the EAEU member states, the formation of a single Eurasian digital space is slowing down. The importance of strengthening the analog foundations of digital transformation, as well as measures to increase trust, expand the number of stakeholders of the Eurasian project, and develop mechanisms for interaction at all levels, including ordinary citizens - the main participants and beneficiaries of the digital transition, was noted.
