Abstract

Due to the change of the socio-economic formation in the Caucasus, the labor policy has changed. It has become the only transformation tool. This text is based on the materials of a mass survey of residents of Vladikavkaz conducted by the North Ossetian Department of Social Research of the ISPI RAS and the Department of Sociology of the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work of the K. L. Khetagurov North Ossetian State University in June 2019. Due to the change of the socio-economic formation in the Caucasus, the labor policy has changed.
